Negishi Souichi é um garoto do interior que se muda para Tóquio para cursar uma Universidade. Ele gosta muito de música, e tem como sonho se tornar um cantor.
Com o tempo, Negishi consegue realizar seu sonho, mas não exatamente da maneira como esperava. 
Ele se torna Krauser II, vocalista da banda de Death Metal "Detroit Metal City" (DMC).
